Non-Emergency?

Call 604-717-3321

Many reports to the police do not require a police officer to attend in person. If there is no immediate threat or danger, no suspect on the scene, or time has passed since the incident occurred, please call the Vancouver Police Non-Emergency Line. Non-Emergency call takers can file reports for such occurrences as lost property, fraud, suspicious circumstances, or theft.

ICE – In Case of Emergency

For children, seniors, and those without cell phones, wallet sized ICE cards are available free from all Vancouver Community Policing Centres. In case an accident or medical emergency leaves you unable to communicate, ICE will speak for you to first responders. All residents should program an emergency contact into their cell phone or carry an ICE card in their wallet or backpack. Visit the WECHCPC to pick up free ICE cards for you, your children and elderly relatives.
